New weight: 292
Total loss: gained 2Ibs
Not ideal to have gained weight in only my second week. There are many reasons why I gained, but the most important one is weight loss wasn’t my top priority this week, and I overindulged in food throughout the week, and drank round 10 pints over the entire week – not diet behaviour, but difficult to turn down when there are occasions and events to be involved.
Some positives I will take from this week:
I know where I went wrong and how to avoid similar mistakes next week – I’d be incredibly downbeat if I tried all week and didn’t lose or gained slightly.
With the week I’ve had I wouldn’t have been surprised if I gained all 7Ibs back, so I still feel like I’ve made some progress, and this week is just a minor blip.
For the coming week I need to avoid alcohol and takeaways and try and do some light exercise too at some point.
